SCHMIDT, JATON & PARTNERS was founded in 1985 in Geneva. Today it has offices in Geneva and Lausanne and employs over 40 people. The Firm, currently managed by 7 partners is organized as a totally integrated partnership with the aim of putting in network in a synergetic way the abilities of the specialists who form it. At present it joins together the expertise of more than 20 specialized lawyers, fiduciary and fiscal experts, therefore allowing our national and international customers to use recognized competences of quality in the most important sectors of the law. Strongly focused on commercial law, company law and contract law, our firm has for mission to offer to its customers a complete, fast and competent service, including if necessary a fiscal approach. It takes particular care in understanding the needs and expectations of its customers in order to give effective assistance whether it is legal advice or the follow up in judicial or arbitral procedures. On a national level SCHMIDT JATON & PARTNERS is the founding member of the Swiss Lawyers Network, which allows it to give assistance to its clients in the German speaking part of Switzerland, particularly in the cantons of Zurich and Zug.
